What is Heal Your Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is simply a conversation.  What makes it different than other conversations is it has a purpose of helping you move towards living the life you’d prefer to be living! 

You might work with a life coach to help you process an unexpected life change or move towards a desired goal or outcome by:

  • exploring where you are now,

  • unpacking a goal or desired outcome so you better understand where it is you want to go and why,

  • helping you put practical steps in place to move forward, and

  • working with you to process how you feel about steps along the way or breakdown blocks that prevent you from progressing.

Heal Your Life Coaching does all these same things, and also draws on the philosophies of Louise Hay, an inspirational personal development leader who overcame many personal challenges through learning to love and appreciate herself. 

Louise passed on what she learned to others through her books, such as You Can Heal Your Life, so they too can live a happier life that aligns with who they are.

Coaching is offered both in-person and online.
