Beyond Blue’s factsheet on Workplace Wellbeing, for example, describes how a workplace prioritising mental health and wellbeing makes people want to come to work and helps them be more productive.

Transpersonal art therapy and meditation support health and wellbeing by helping reduce stress and anxiety, shift low moods, and discover new ways of looking at life and experiences.

Transpersonal art therapy workshops bring a team together to reflect on an experience such as a project or work year, or an aspect of their working life such as their career or life balance. Through meditation, art creation, and discussion, each person has the opportunity for self-discovery which then feeds back into the experience of the whole group.

Meditation is a skill, that once learned, can bring benefits for a lifetime. Meditation may be offered as a program of weekly classes, or as a one-off as part of a larger wellbeing event.
