Book yourself in for regular unwind time with a weekly meditation group!
Be guided through calming breathing techniques, visualisations, relaxation meditation, and body awareness. Learn techniques you can apply outside of the group to reconnect with the peace that comes with sitting quietly and simply being in the moment.
No prior experience is necessary.
The group will be guided by experienced meditation teacher, Gillian Drew.
Limited to 8 people. Come every week or just the weeks you’re available. Bookings are essential.
When: Tuesdays, 5.30-6.00pm over 8 weeks from 29 April to 24 June 2025. No class scheduled for 10 June 2025.
