Book yourself in for regular unwind time with a weekly meditation class!
Be guided through calming breathing techniques, visualisations, relaxation meditation, and body awareness. Learn techniques you can apply outside of class to reconnect with the peace that comes with sitting quietly and simply being in the moment.
No prior experience is necessary.
The classes will be guided by experienced meditation teacher, Gillian Drew.
Limited to 8 people. Come every week or just the weeks you’re available.
When: Tuesdays, 5.30-6.30pm over 8 weeks from 4 February to 25 March 2025
